Location is good. 15 minutes walk from the U-Bahn; less than 10 to tram stations. Couple of supermarkets in front of the hotel and other stuff around too. Might be harder to come back at night with public transport but that’s generally an issue in Berlin it seems. Price was also good and I’d say my room was quite clean apart from stains on the carpet.

we enjoyed the location of the hotel it’s in a nice area close to bus stops and metro,everyone at the reception was super helpful and kind especially Eric (we had and issue with the TV connecting to the internet).Even tho our check out was at 12 the hotel staff allowed us to leave our stuff for a little longer so we can explore more of the city wich honestly made my day.

Good location of the hotel, outside of the low emission zone, so you don't need a badge. Good communication with the center. Numerous shops and eateries in the vicinity. The hotel itself is very practical, equipped with what you need. Helpful staff. Rooms clean, bedding and towels also. (some people comment on stains on the carpet - yes, there are, but you can see such animals come, after which it is impossible to clean up normally) SUPER quality / price ratio

good breakfast buffet. Staff very friendly and we were asked on two occasions whether we were content with the room cleaning service. Someone appears to check on the cleaners frequently.

Very spacious and silent room, all receptionists were very nice, WIFI was working (I have doubt because of the reviews, but I have had no issues with it). Though the walk to the nearest U-bahn is 15 minute, it is well connected and there is alo a tram stop very close to the Hotel.

Good service, nice room and location. Lovely summer terrace with good service as well. All in all we felt confortable during our stay. There was a bus stop nearby which helped loving around a lot.

Friendly staff, very nice stay for the price. It was one of the cheapest options on booking at the time but the cleanliness and comfort were great. The interior might not be modern enough for some, for me this isn't relevant. There was a smart-tv in the room.

Very nice and accommodating staff, giant room for two with a big TV. Everything was very clean, including the bathroom. It was cleaned during our stay which was very short (2 nights), so they're on top of it! The curtains on the windows were really good at keeping the sun out.
